This is my go to place for all my shoes. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I recently went in to buy a pair of shoes and the young woman helping me noticed a defect in the shoes I was wearing (which I bought from them) and immediately offered to replace them. I was promptly notified when the shoes I ordered came in. I love When the Shoe Fits!

My experience in shoe stores is that they don’t care, if your problem is pain and you can’t find a solution visit this store and ask for Sarah, the best service ever, she may find the right shoe for you, she did it for me.

I got helped bye Jessica and honestly it was amazing customer service great quality shoes they've been helping my back a lot super expensive but if you have the money to splurge worth trying them out.

Very impressed with everything. Came to the store with the express idea of asking an opinion about good shoes for working on concrete. Staff was friendly and quick to find options that worked. I will be returning next I need shoes.

The store was really busy when we went but Sara was greeting every customer letting them know she was the only one working at the time & will be with them shortly. When she got to us she was very professional she knew about every shoe we asked about. Sara remained composed & professional with every customer she helped. I was actually surprised at how calm she remained with how busy the store was. We ended up buying two pairs of Hoka One One one for myself & one for my husband. We will absolutely be back to this location thanks to Sara.

Went to the shoe fits today and got amazing customer service from a lady who works there unfortunately I did not get her name. I normally hate going shoe shopping because I have large and wide feet and can never find women's shoes in my size and when I can on the occasion they are normally black or white. She very quickly was like not a problem at all I've got you and on top of that found me a gray and pink pair of shoes probably the best fit I've ever had. Great customer service.

Scott Home is a great guy. He was super helpful, and very patient. I had to get some work shoes and he helped me narrow it down to two pairs. He’s been in the business for 55 years doing shoes in general. He retired then came back- im so glad! A true gem! Thanks Scott for your help. God Bless You!

First time in this store yesterday and Scott helped me pick out some waterproof running shoes, Hoka specifically. He went above and beyond and he was the most knowledgeable shoe salesman I've ever had. I wore my shoes for the first time today jogging on the roads and in the rain and these shoes are amazing! I'm def buying more Hoka brand shoes from now on. I will def return to this store because of Scott! I liked the selection of shoes and there were brands I've never heard of that are quite impressively made.

Scott was the best help with my daughter getting some good shoes for work today! He really knows all of the in and outs of each shoe. He took a lot of time with her and showed her quite a few options. She is so pleased with what she got. Ask for Scott he's a true professional.

I purchased a pair of hoka bondi 9 shoes from them in mid-December. The person I dealt with was very helpful and very knowledgeable about their shoes. The ones I decided on were not in the store in my size, so they had them brought in from another location in a day or so which was great, and I have been using them for my 6 to 8-mile walk 4 to 5 days a week they offer good support and my feet are not sore at the end of the day. I could not be happier with them or the people at When the shoe fits I will make the trip from Longview WA to replace them when the time comes.
